1. Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship to all locations within the United States.
- All orders are shipped from our US warehouse:

2. Order Processing & Cut-Off Times
- Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed by 2:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time, New York) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
- Handling Time:
- Minimum: 2 business days
- Maximum: 3 business days
- Orders are fulfilled Monday – Friday (excluding weekends & holidays).
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
- Carrier: We use trusted US carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL) for all deliveries.
- Shipping Rate: Flat fee of $5.95 per order within the USA.
(Note: International shipping currently not available. Update this section if offering in the future.) - Transit Time:
- Minimum: 3 business days
- Maximum: 5 business days
- Orders shipped and delivered Monday – Friday.
- Total Estimated Delivery Time:
5 – 8 business days (handling + transit), depending on destination.
4. Order Confirmation & Tracking
- You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.
- Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking usually becomes active within 24 hours. - You can track your order at any time using the link provided.
5. Shipping Address & Delivery Issues
- Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout.
Myhunde is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. - Address Corrections: If you notice an error, contact us at contact@myhunde.com as soon as possible. We can only change your address before the order ships.
- Missed Deliveries:
If a package is returned due to incorrect address, you may be responsible for reshipping costs. - Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 7 business days of the expected delivery date. We will work with our carrier to resolve the issue and either reship or refund your order as appropriate. - Delayed Delivery:
If you do not receive your order within 30 business days, please notify us for investigation and resolution.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarding services.
- All shipments require a valid street address within the United States.
7. Holiday & Peak Season Delays
- Processing and delivery times may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, carrier delays, etc.). We strive to communicate any delays promptly.
8. Returns Due to Shipping Issues
- If a package is lost, delivered to the wrong address, or damaged during shipping, please contact us at contact@myhunde.com with your order details and any relevant photos. We will prioritize your claim and ensure you are either refunded or sent a replacement.
