Shipping Policy

At Myhunde, all of our T-shirts are produced using a print-on-demand process. This means each product is created only after your order is placed, ensuring less waste and more sustainable production. Please review our Shipping Policy below for details on processing, delivery, and customer support.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all locations within the United States.

Orders are printed, packed, and shipped directly from our U.S. fulfillment centers via trusted carriers.
2. Order Processing & Production Time
- Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed by 2:00 PM EST (New York) enter production the same business day.
- Production & Handling: 3 – 5 business days.
- Processing occurs Monday – Friday (excluding weekends and holidays).
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
- Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL.
- Flat Rate Shipping Fee: $5.95 per order within the USA.
- Transit Time: 5 – 7 business days.
Total Estimated Delivery Time (Production + Transit): 8 – 12 business days, depending on destination.
(Note: International shipping is not available at this time.)
4. Order Confirmation & Tracking
- A confirmation email is sent immediately after your order is placed.
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Tracking typically activates within 24 hours of shipment.
5. Shipping Address & Delivery Issues
- Please provide a complete and accurate address at checkout.
- Corrections: Contact us at contact@myhunde.com before production/shipping begins if you need to update your address.
- Returned Packages: Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional reshipping fees.
- Lost or Damaged Orders: Report within 7 business days of the expected delivery date. We will coordinate with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund.
- Delivery Delays: If your order has not arrived within 30 business days, contact us for resolution.
6. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarding services.
A valid U.S. street address is required for all deliveries.
7. Holiday & Peak Season Delays
During holidays, peak sales periods, or unforeseen events (e.g., severe weather, carrier disruptions),
processing and delivery times may be longer. We will keep you updated about any delays.
8. Returns Due to Shipping Issues
If your order is lost, delivered incorrectly, or damaged in transit,
please contact us with your order number and relevant details.
We will prioritize your claim and provide a replacement or refund.
