This Return and Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds may be requested, along with the steps required to complete the process. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase to understand your rights and our support procedures.

1. Order Cancellation & Changes

Cancellation Window: You may request a cancellation or order change within 24 hours of placing your order.
How to Cancel: Contact us at contact@myhunde.com with your order number and details.
After 24 Hours: Orders enter production and cannot be cancelled or modified.

2. Return Eligibility

Return Period: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Eligible Items:
- T-Shirts must be new, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Non-Returnable Items: Customized or made-to-order T-Shirts, items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”

3. How to Initiate a Return

Email contact@myhunde.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Wait for confirmation and a return authorization. Do not ship without approval.
We will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost.
Pack your item carefully and ship using the provided label.

4. Return Shipping Fees

Free Return Shipping: All authorized returns and exchanges receive a prepaid label.
No Restocking Fees: We never charge restocking or handling fees for eligible returns.

5. Refund Process

Inspection: Returns are inspected within 2 business days after arrival.
Approval: If eligible, refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.).
Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 2 business days of approval and may take up to 3 additional business days to appear in your account.
Refundable Amount: Full product price. Shipping fees are refundable only if the return is due to our error or defective items.
Unauthorized Returns: Items sent without approval will not be refunded.

6. Exchanges

Exchange Period: Within 30 days of delivery for items in new, unused, and unwashed condition with tags.
Process: Contact contact@myhunde.com to request an exchange. A prepaid return label will be provided.
Once received and approved, your replacement will be dispatched promptly.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Inspection: Check your order immediately upon delivery.
If defective, damaged, or incorrect: Contact us within 48 hours at
contact@myhunde.com with order details and photos.
We will issue a replacement at no cost, or a full refund including shipping if preferred.
No Fees: Defective or incorrect item returns are always free.

8. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

Customized or personalized items and final sale products are not eligible for returns unless defective.

Gift Returns: Gift recipients may receive store credit or an exchange, but not a cash refund.

9. Additional Terms & Compliance

No Cash-on-Delivery (COD) returns are accepted.
Items returned after the 30-day window are not eligible for refund.
Myhunde reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria.
This policy applies only to purchases made directly on myhunde.com.
