1. Order Cancellation & Changes

  • Cancellation Window: You have 24 hours from the time your order is placed to request a change or cancellation.
  • How to Cancel: Contact us at contact@myhunde.com with your order number and details.
  • After 24 Hours: Orders move into production and can no longer be modified or cancelled.

2. Return Eligibility

  • Return Period: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Eligible Items:
    • T-Shirts must be new, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all labels/tags attached.
    • Returns must include a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Personalized or made-to-order T-Shirts.
    • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • Step 1: Email contact@myhunde.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Step 2: Await our confirmation and return authorization. Do not ship without receiving approval.
  • Step 3: We will send you a downloadable and printable prepaid return shipping label at no cost.
  • Step 4: Carefully pack your item and send it to:

4. Return Shipping Fees

  • No Return Shipping Cost:
    • All approved returns and exchanges receive a free, prepaid shipping label.
  • No Restocking Fees:
    • We do not charge any restocking or handling fees for eligible returns.

5. Refund Process

  • Inspection:
    • All returns are inspected within 2 business days of receipt.
  • Approval:
    • If the return meets all eligibility criteria, your refund will be issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.).
  • Processing Time:
    • Refunds are processed within 2 business days of approval and should appear in your account within 3 additional business days.
  • Refundable Amount:
    • You will receive a full refund for the product price. Original shipping costs (if charged) are refundable only if the return is due to our error or a defective item.
  • No Refund without Authorization:
    • Items sent back without our prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.

6. Exchanges

  • Exchange Period:
    • Exchanges are accepted within 30 days from delivery for eligible items in new, unused, unwashed condition with tags.
  • How to Exchange:
    • Contact contact@myhunde.com for instructions and receive a prepaid return label.
    • Once the return is received and approved, we will promptly dispatch your replacement T-Shirt.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • Inspection on Receipt:
    • Check your items immediately upon delivery.
  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
    1. Contact us within 48 hours at contact@myhunde.com with order details and clear photos.
    2. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost, or provide a full refund including shipping if preferred.
  • No Cost for Returns:
    • All defective/incorrect item returns use free prepaid labels and incur no fees.

8. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

  • Custom or personalized T-Shirts, and final sale items, are NOT eligible for return or refund unless defective.
  • Gift returns:
    • Gift recipients receive store credit or an exchange, not a refund.

9. Additional Terms & Compliance

  • No COD Returns:
    • We do not accept cash-on-delivery or returns shipped without prior authorization.
  • No refund for items returned outside of 30-day window.
  • Myhunde reserves the right to refuse returns if items are not in new condition, do not have original tags, or do not meet return criteria.
