Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
Orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days. After shipment, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days depending on the destination.
Flat rate shipping: $5.95 per order.
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to your email.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 4 hours of placing the order.
To request a cancellation, please contact us at contact@myhunde.com and include your order number.
After the 4-hour window, the order may already be in processing and cancellation may no longer be possible.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging included.
To request a return, please email contact@myhunde.com with your order number and reason for return. After approval, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and return instructions.
We do not charge restocking fees for eligible returns.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos for review.
